Run the FirmwareUpdateTool.exe from the “C:\Program Files (x86)\XHorse Electronics\MVCI Driver for TOYOTA TIS”. You should now see two new devices: ”Universal Serial Bus Controllers\USB Serial Converte” and ”Ports (COM & LPT)\USB Serial Port (COMx)”.
